Lake Shore Public Schools

This class will focus on building new skills beyond the basics, perfecting their form, and building strength.

Child MUST have these skills to attend the Advanced class, a cartwheel, holding a handstand unassisted
(not against a wall), and a backbend "bridge" with their head completely off the ground. We will work on
adding to these skills with things like back walkovers, round offs, maybe even a backhandspring!
