Surviving and recovering from trauma is a decision that has to be made daily. Join Katrina for a 6 week group that works with a victim through survival into a life that allows a victim to survive alongside the trauma so that it doesn't become the whole person.

Katrina practices cognitive based therapy with a forward leading perspective. She works with clients to set short term goals in order to reach long term happiness. All therapy practice is designed to be trauma sensitive and client focused.
