S.A.C.C. is licensed by the Department of Human Services to provide child care supervision for children whose parents are working or who are not at home immediately before or after regular school hours.
Yoga is the perfect marriage of movement and anatomy. Class starts with a reset to address the imbalances of daily life. After finding more structure and creating space in our bodies we practice a series of movements to feel the adaptability of our core and establish more optimal posture and movement patterns.
